My sister, Linda Louise, single parent of three, worked two jobs and went to school and completed her Bachelor’s Degree.
At age 70, she was afflicted with an auto-immune disease and was paralyzed from the waist down. She was total care - bathing, dressing, rolling over, personal hygiene. She could feed herself and that was all she could do.
She worked intensely in rehab to walk, dress, etc..After a year of intense rehab, she walked with braces and a walker.
She traveled with me to the Philippines on a Mission Trip ministering to widows. She not only is Brave, but an Encourager and a Prayer Warrior.
Today, she walks without braces or a walker. Lives independently but still cannot drive.
